We are a experienced team of like-minded individuals working towards creating equal standards of living for people of all abilities. We take pride in what we do, and we holistically cater to persons of all abilities.

Who we are

We pride ourselves on the fantastic team we have – all working together to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to all our participants. Our staff bring a diverse mix of formal qualifications and life experiences to Almost Family Community Services. We showcase this with professionalism, innovative thinking, and determination to enhance the lives of those participants we are supporting.

Almost Family Community Services (AFCS) is a collective group of culturally and linguistically diverse people with one objective to serve our community. We act on this by focusing on supporting the most vulnerable cohort of our society through breaking barriers for them to participate and become active members of our community. Our proud team at AFCS from varying backgrounds, experience and skills, are making our objectives achievable through the collaborative effort from our support staff, operations team and management.

Collectively our team finds providing support and serving our community a very rewarding experience and enjoy working with participants to achieve their goals. Our participants enjoy receiving support from their carers and have much gratitude towards the reliable NDIS support they receive. These relationships that form between our participants and staff really cements our part within the community.

Our Values

Our community of Support Workers provide high-quality supports to every client, with the pivotal focus on achieving their goals.
